This is the holding page for Salutem Developments Ltd, a new company based in Wiltshire looking at sustainable development opportunities in the healthcare sector providing a range of potential uses from renewable energy provision, low cost residential accommodation to research and development opportunities.

The parties that have formed this new company have worked together before on major development projects and bring many years of development, property and funding experience to the table.  A number of projects are under review and by the beginning of Spring 2018 it is expected that we will be able to announce our first major scheme.
